Sumario:This article share an experience that is developed in the National University of Córdoba (UNC) around inclusion policies, that allowed to advance in the process of expansion of the right to education. Contributions of my thesis of Master in Social Sciences (Social Sciences Faculty) titled Public University and inclusion are retaken. The incidence of the Program of Internship Fellows in young people with unfavorable conditions, first generation of university students. In the first place, it identify the obstacles, strategies and supports that were presented in the first section of the studies in young people from popular sectors. Students who, without the presence of relatives, secondary school teachers and public policies aimed at guaranteeing the right to higher education, would not have been able to obtain a degree and modify paths of their socio-educational trajectories in individual and family terms. Secondly, the experiences of student interns who are first-generation university students are briefly reconstructed. Finally, some contributions and questions are presented that allow us to think about new challenges of the Public University 100 years after the Reform and 10 years after the Regional Conference on Higher Education.
