Sumario:During the last years, numerous voices coming from social organizations, health professionals and research teams of National Universities express a possible relationship between the use of pesticides and the appearance of cancer cases, giving rise to socio-environmental conflicts.Inspired by these debates, the research presented was "Analyze the geographic distribution of girls, boys, and adolescents (NNyA) with a diagnosis of oncological disease by town and department of residence in the Province of Córdoba, which are attended Children's Hospital (City of Córdoba, Argentina) in the period between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2015".A descriptive epidemiological study was carried out with the production of quantitative data from secondary sources of information. The results indicate that children and adolescents with a diagnosis of oncological disease are distributed unequally in the provincial territory, with greater incidence in the departments of agro-industrial production. Of the 14 departments that exceed the Incidence Rate calculated for the province, 71.4% corresponds to the departments with the highest production of soy, corn and wheat, while 28.6% coincides with a lower percentage of production of said crops.
