Sumario:Creative Commos 4.0 Internacional (Atribución-No Comercial-Compartir igual) a menos que se indique lo contrario   This article seeks to analyze the pedagogical practices developed on Health Education, using the methodology of Investigation-Training-Action in Science Teaching (IFAEC) with 3rd year high school students from a school in the northwestern region of the state of Rio Grande do Sul that had the Health Training Itinerary III. Thematic Content Analysis (TCA) was used to analyze the reflections. As a result of the study, we identified that the students displayed an admirable sensitivity when addressing issues about the body, food and acceptance. In addition, they reveal the need to promote educational strategies that encourage the adoption of healthy eating habits and physical activity in adolescence and respect for the uniqueness of each individual.
