There are studies that are beginning to pay attention to learning narratives, but their use in science teacher training is scarce. Therefore, the objective of this paper is to explore the emerging aspects in the construction of identity from three autobiographies of novice teachers and professionals in the area of natural sciences. The stories are analyzed according to two dimensions, one of them referring to environmental identity and the first approaches to the environment that are developed from childhood; and another dimension considers the practices in academic, environmental and social contexts. Desde las teorías del aprendizaje socio-culturales, se pone la atención en el estudio de procesos como la identidad, con el abordaje de otras formas y metodologías orientadas a conocer diversos fenómenos sociales. Existen estudios que empiezan a prestar atención a las narrativas de los aprendizajes, aunque resulta escaso su uso en la formación de docentes en ciencias. Por esto, el objetivo de este escrito es explorar los aspectos emergentes en la construcción de la identidad, a partir de tres autobiografías de profesores noveles y profesionales del área de las ciencias naturales. Se analizan los relatos, se atiende a dos dimensiones, una de ellas referida a la identidad ambiental y a los primeros acercamientos relativos al ambiente que se desarrollan desde la niñez, y otra de las dimensiones considera las prácticas en contextos académicos, ambientales y sociales.
