Mushrooms are considered one of the most characteristic non-timber products of the region and, in addition to their recognized ecosystem role, they have a nutritional and medicinal value that has increased their consumption and harvest in recent years. The objective of this text is to provide a series of recommendations that contribute to the sustainable harvesting of wild edible mushrooms, in order to avoid indiscriminate use of the common goods of nature. Durante la temporada de otoño y primavera, en los bosques naturales o en plantaciones de pino de la región Andino- Patagónica, es frecuente la práctica de recolección de Hongos silvestres comestibles. Los hongos son considerados uno de los productos no maderables más característicos de la región, además de su reconocido rol ecosistémico poseen un valor alimenticio y medicinal que ha incrementado su consumo y cosecha durante los últimos años. El objetivo del presente texto es brindar una serie de recomendaciones que contribuya a la recolección sustentable de hongos silvestres comestibles, a fin de evitar un uso indiscriminado de los Bienes comunes de la Naturaleza.
