Sumario:In  this paper the pedagogic  innovation  subject is analyzed  in  the context  of a program developed by the Argentine  Biology  Teachers   Association   (ABDIA):   "Investigation  and  lnnovation   i11   the  Biological Sciences  Teaching ", Some definitions  of innovation  are presented  and compared with  the  concepts  of change  and  reform,  which  are  generally  introduced  associated.  lt is  interesting  to detach  the role  that ABDIA plays in the fomentation and diffusion of the educative innovations  locally, regionally  and nationally.
