Four of them offer didactic proposals for teaching Biotechnology with a broad range of didactic resources such as: animations, simulations, interactive activities and videos. The Biotechnology contents that were mostly frequently addressed are those associated with genetic engineering through activities that promote the use of portable devices, networking and collaborative work, discussion and exchange among peers. Esta tesis tuvo por finalidad analizar las propuestas didácticas y otras herramientas útiles para la enseñanza de Biotecnología en la escuela secundaria, presentes en los portales educativos de RELPE (Red Latinoamericana de Portales Educativos). Se analizaron los 23 portales educativos de RELPE. Se observó que cuatro portales educativos ofrecen propuestas didácticas para la enseñanza de Biotecnología, con una amplia gama de recursos didácticos tales como: animaciones, simulaciones, actividades interactivas, y videos.
