En este artículo presentamos cuatro actividades para enseñar el modelo de evolución por selección natural, dirigidas a estudiantes de nivel medio. Nuestro objetivo es desestabilizar el pensamiento finalista que podría funcionar como un obstáculo para la comprensión del modelo. La implementación de esta unidad didáctica ha mostrado que se trata de un instrumento eficaz para que los estudiantes expliciten y cuestionen sus representaciones en relación con el tema.
