| Sumario: | Several websites containing keywords such as “Chagas” and “Chagas + Education” were analyzed, in order to identify and assess the websites which provide information about Chagas disease, as well as resources and materials related to education. A number of different criteria were used - authorship, contents, educational inputs and interactivity - to enable the assessment of different websites. According to the results obtained in this work, there are many websites that provide access to certain type of information on Chagas disease. However, when evaluating the approach presented and the failures contained, it can be observed that not only data is outdated but also virtual education on this topic is scarce. |
