La aparición de instituciones formales, como academias y museos de arte en el ámbito estatal, es una de las manifestaciones de estas estructuras reguladoras en la modernidad. En este trabajo nos interesa indagar sobre esas regulaciones que ordenan y conducen la actividad artística en una institución particular: el Museo Provincial de Bellas Artes de Entre Ríos. El objetivo es determinar la adecuación de los reglamentos de los salones provinciales a las normas jurídicas vigentes, en particular aquellas que protegen los derechos humanos, la igualdad y la protección del patrimonio cultural. La metodología utilizada es cualitativa, a partir del análisis documental de normas jurídicas de diversos niveles, incluyendo reglamentos de los salones del Museo mencionado, en el período de 2013 a 2023.  Art, as a human activity, is not alien to the institutionalizing character of the state, so that through various structures, formal and informal rules have been generated to delimit artistic behavior. The appearance of formal institutions such as academies and art museums in the state sphere is one of the manifestations of these regulatory structures in modernity. In this paper, we are interested in investigating these regulations that order and guide artistic activity in a specific institution: the Provincial Museum of Fine Arts of Entre Ríos. The objective is to determine the adequacy of the regulations of the Provincial Salons with the legal norms in force, especially those that protect human rights, equality and the protection of cultural heritage.
