| Sumario: | Smog collectors is a project that decontextualizes automotive air filters and works on the footprint that pollution produces. These objects are given a new significance through an artistic process. The air passes through the work, becoming visible, generating movement and life. My work is framed within the concept of Expanded Graphic Arts, allowing to expand and articulate different graphic techniques and formats.
The contingency generated by COVID-19 invites us to rethink and adapt, transforming the ways of communication from face-to-face to a virtual reality. A photographic and video recording was made to display the exhibit in a virtual format. |
