| Sumario: | The province of Córdoba, Argentina, has suffered a great expansion of its cultivated area, and with it, of the applied volumes of pesticides .These have a great environmenta limpact and produce adverse effects in living beings, including human beings. In this context, there is increasing conflict caused by the impact on populations in urban areas attached to cultivated fields, where the current provincial agrochemical law (9164) is not regulated, is not met, is not enforced, or is insufficient to guarantee the health of the affected population. The objective of this work is to generate methodological inputs that contribute to participatory territorial ordering processes for the town of Juarez Celman and areas of influence, from the national and provincial legal framework, ordinances and information on areas of exclusion of agrochemicals (ZRA ) and the promotion of agroecological production. |
