Sumario:A Protocol that orders and describes all the tasks carried out by a germplasm bank, from exploration and collection to adequate documentation and dissemination of information, undoubtedly constitutes an indispensable tool for its successful management.In the previous issue of Nexo Agropecuario, the activities of acquisition, fruit processing and seed conditioning of the Management Protocol of the National Germplasm Bank of Prosopis of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, National University of Córdoba (BNGP FCA-UNC) were described .In this issue, the objective is to describe the activities of storage, characterization, evaluation, documentation, exchange, donation and sale of germplasm, as well as the dissemination of the activities of the BNGP FCA-UNC, complementary to those.It is expected that this Protocol will serve as a model for efficient management of genebanks of other woody species of orthodox seeds.
