| Sumario: | The access to the legal property of the land in the Buenos Aires province is a subject with a long tradition in the argentine historiography. Some of the first questions about the process for obtaining the titledeeds of the state waste lands during the 19th century, got answers in a general mark, explanations which are being deepened and strengthened with more punctual studies, so that the occupation without titledeeds has a place that is more and more important for the historiography. There is no doubt that the advances owe so much to the increase of the local studies from the middle of the 80 decade, that put this matters in relation to the function of the market factors and the socio-demographic aspects. We propose here to achieve a state of this matters detailing the advances made and the possibilities that the local history offers to develop a new view about the pampas rural world of the 19'' century. |
