Sumario:Legislación, lands and credits are, without a doubt, parameters that define one renovated agrarian politics, that startingfrom the 1940s, its will be origen to a growing subdivisión proces and sale of the big rural propieties in the province of Buenos Aires. The difficult external joint is conjugated with a bigger statal regulation and a strongerpreocupation for to stabilize the rural population in its production environment and to increase the productivity. The acces to the property will be one of the ways elect to achieve it. In this work we inted reconstruct the process for the southeast bonaerense starting from the analysis of a party located in the breeding área: Benito Juarez. A varied documentatin integrated by Agriculture Censuses, Cadastral Planes, Records of Directory of the Bank of the province of Buenos Aires, Trials and newspapers, among others, it will give empiric sustenance to the historical analysis.
