| Sumario: | The existence of an elite in Argentina analysis, in the period 1930-43, is a very interesting job. On September 6 1930 take place the first institutional broke, while the radical party is removed and the immigration country gives place to an internal migrant country. The occupation of the government by the Army, ally with conservator party, apply a crescent State interventionism and a reorganization of the national "political class", that takes the government until a new institutional broke, on june 4 1943. This is the context used to analyze the characteristics and investigate the existence of a "political class" in Argentina, confrontanting critically some aspect of the classical authors in "elites ": Gaetano Mosca, Vilfredo Pareto and Carl Wright Mills. |
