| Sumario: | The competition for the tenancy of productive lands in the region of the pampas was a constant that, through different forms, crossed the 20th century. The changes in the protagonism of rural tenants and owners as soon as the increasing intervention of the State in the fortieths have a prominent role in those transformations. The elaboration of an specific rentals rural legislation and the goodwill to apply them, show signs of that. Numerous demands that found expression in the different judicial ambits, allowed us appreciate the conflict and know daily relations between the social actors in the rural space. |
