| Sumario: | This paper aims to analyse social imaginary term developed by Critical Legal Studies to link it with the right to adequate housing. Specially, it considers the idea of social imaginary developed by Enrique Marí. This article also researches the right to adequate housing as provided for Argentine Constitution. Thus, it highlights the belief that adequate housing is a dream or a yearning. In the end, we analyse how this belief impacts in that human right fulfilment.
