Sumario:L a n d s c a p e and T e r r i t o r y are put together under one concept: the Environment, where the human beings pass their lives, and where the principal concern of Landscape Architects takes place: to maintain it in  harmonic balance. Systemic thinking, the leading scientific thinking nowadays is the adequate operational tool to lead an holistic approach to produce changes in the territory. Natural, social, and cultural systems are the three main large components of the ENVIRONMENT which facilitate disciplinary and multidisciplinary comprehension, studies and decision making on it. Operative Diagram on the Process of Territory Change defines the way the environmental information goes through: collecting and processing data, followed by a diagnostic and the final creative and interdisciplinary proposal; all these under a supervision and coordination by state offices. Also goes through "tabulated popular opinion" to balance public and state appreciation and valuation. Supervision during these procedures becomes essential.
