| Sumario: | This article presents reflections about the transversality of the paradigm of technology in the Procedural Law. It focuses on the judicial process and de mediation in cyber-attacks scenarios and in cyber-security as a premise to build the Digital Justice Ecosystem. Public experiences of cybernetics contingencies at Provinces of Argentina are analyzed taking in consideration the plans, the normative and concrete actions taken to develop the culture of cybersecurity. Digital and cybernetics vulnerability is the premise to develop the adequate design for warrants and human rights. |
