This Journal of Procedural Law and Human Rights was born precisely from a research project framed in the call of the Secretary of Science and Technology of the National University of Córdoba, for which the CONSOLIDAR research project entitled "Procedural acts and new technologies: towards an electronic file in the civil and commercial jurisdiction in the Nation and in the Province of Córdoba”. La investigación es una de las funciones vitales de la Universidad no solo en cuanto a la producción de conocimiento sino también a la producción de información y diálogos con la comunidad. Esta Revista de Derecho Procesal y Derechos Humanos nace precisamente de un proyecto de investigación enmarcado en la convocatoria de la Secretaría de Ciencia y Tecnología de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba por la cual se aprobó en 2018 el proyecto de investigación CONSOLIDAR titulado “Los actos procesales y las nuevas tecnologías: hacia un expediente electrónico en el fuero civil y comercial en la Nación y en la Provincia de Córdoba”. La recherche est l'une des fonctions vitales de l'Université, non seulement en termes de production de connaissances mais aussi de production d'informations et de dialogues avec la communauté.Cette revue de droit procédural et des droits de l'homme est née précisément d'un projet de recherche encadré dans l'appel du secrétaire à la science et à la technologie de l'Université nationale de Córdoba, pour lequel le projet de recherche CONSOLIDAR intitulé "Actes procéduraux et nouvelles technologies : vers un système électronique déposer devant la juridiction civile et commerciale de la Nation et de la Province de Córdoba ». La ricerca è una delle funzioni vitali dell'Università, non solo in termini di produzione di conoscenza, ma anche di produzione di informazioni e di dialogo con la comunità. Questa Rivista di diritto processuale e diritti umani nasce proprio da un progetto di ricerca inquadrato nel bando del Segretario di Scienza e Tecnologia dell'Università Nazionale di Córdoba, per il quale il progetto di ricerca CONSOLIDAR dal titolo "Atti procedurali e nuove tecnologie: verso un deposito nella giurisdizione civile e commerciale nella Nazione e nella Provincia di Córdoba”. A investigação é uma das funções vitais da Universidade, não só no que diz respeito à produção de conhecimento, mas também à produção de informação e ao diálogo com a comunidade. Esta Revista de Direito Processual e Direitos Humanos nasceu precisamente de um projeto de pesquisa enquadrado na chamada do Secretário de Ciência e Tecnologia da Universidade Nacional de Córdoba, para o qual o projeto de pesquisa CONSOLIDAR intitulado "Atos processuais e novas tecnologias: rumo a um arquivar na jurisdição civil e comercial na Nação e na Província de Córdoba”.
