| Sumario: | The present work emerges from our shared experience throughout field work. Addressing the same object of research for the Final Project of the Degree in Anthropology, as is the offer of sexual services in the city of Córdoba, Argentina, has led us to work with some subjects in common. Our intention is to investigate how our interlocutor traces scripted social behaviors (Gagnon, 2006) within the framework of a particular type of sexual service, the so-called domination sessions / bdsm sessions. We will focus on the ways in which these subjects carry out such sexual service, the ways in which they present themselves performatively, and the ways in which they articulate experiences and imaginaries of sex work, seeking to address the meanings and senses they give to their practices. |
