| Sumario: | This is a review of the book Hannah Arendt. Nuevas sendas para la política, by the Mexican researcher María Teresa Muñoz Sánchez. The book analyzes the possible links between Arendt's political thought and the central values of civic republicanism, in order to rethink some central concepts of political language such as freedom, citizenship and public space. Based on this framework, she proposes a shift from representative democracy to participatory democracy. |
