The nurses directly benefited from this since, through the application of the CATDOS tool, they acquired tools to identify conflict patterns that emerge in the external and internal medium of the organization. During this process, the methodology involved operative negotiation strategies, which resulted in a proposal that allowed to address the issues at stake. It was necessary to do an ex-ante evaluation to define the problem, a process evaluation to value the efficiency of the activities and an ex-post evaluation that provided information on the group’s behavior and dynamics. Such experience resulted in learning that is useful in transforming the organizational culture, by recognizing the institution as an ever-changing medium in which conflicts are opportunities for the development of individuals and for the growth of the organization.

El presente informe “Desarrollo del Talento Humano a través de la aplicación de la Teoría de los Patrones del Conflicto” tuvo por objetivo diseñar estrategias para la resolución de conflictos que presentaban los equipos de salud pertenecientes a la Zona cinco de la Dirección de Atención Primaria de la Salud de la Municipalidad de Córdoba, de marzo a mayo del 2019 al realizar prácticas en terreno. Los beneficiarios directos fueron los enfermeros, ya que mediante la aplicación de la herramienta CATDOS adquirieron herramientas para identificar patrones de conflictos que surgen a través del medio externo e interno de la organización. En este proceso,como metodología se aplicaron estrategias operativas de negociación, concluyendo en una propuesta que permitió direccionar la problemática abordada. Fue preciso realizar evaluación ex antes para definir el problema, evaluación de proceso para valorar la eficiencia de las actividades y evaluación ex post que suministró información sobre el comportamiento grupal y su dinámica. Dicha experiencia determinó como resultado aprendizajes para poder transformar la cultura organizacional reconociendo a la institución como un medio cambiante en donde los conflictos son oportunidades que permiten el desarrollo de las personas y el crecimiento de la organización. Este relatório “Desenvolvimento do Talento Humano através da aplicação da Teoria dos Padrões de Conflito” teve como objetivo traçar estratégias para a resolução de conflitos apresentados pelas equipes de saúde pertencentes à zona cinco da Direção de Saúde de Atenção Primária do Município de Córdoba, de março a maio de 2019 na realização de práticas em campo. Os beneficiários diretos foram os enfermeiros, pois ao aplicarem a ferramenta CATDOS adquiriram ferramentas para identificar padrões de conflitos que surgem através do ambiente externo e interno da organização. Nesse processo, as estratégias operacionais de negociação foram aplicadas como metodologia, concluindo em uma proposta que permitiu abordar o problema abordado. Foi necessário realizar uma avaliação ex-antes para definir o problema, uma avaliação de processo para avaliar a eficiência das atividades e uma avaliação ex-post que forneceu informações sobre o comportamento do grupo e sua dinâmica. Essa experiência determinou como resultado aprender a ser capaz de transformar a cultura organizacional, reconhecendo a instituição como um ambiente de mudanças onde os conflitos são oportunidades que permitem o desenvolvimento das pessoas e o crescimento da organização.
