Taking into account the legal requirements, extrajudicial reimbursement processes, and judicial measures, it also assesses the constitutionality of the limits imposed on this obligation by the National Insurance Superintendence. The study concludes by highlighting key aspects and providing claim forms to facilitate practical implementation. En el presente trabajo se realiza un análisis de los diferentes aspectos de la Obligación Legal Autónoma (OLA) en el sistema jurídico argentino, enfocándose en el seguro obligatorio de responsabilidad civil para vehículos automotores y/o remolcados y, el seguro de responsabilidad civil para transporte público de pasajeros. Teniendo en cuenta los requisitos legales, los procesos de reembolso extrajudicial y las medidas judiciales. Asimismo, se realiza una valoración de la constitucionalidad de los límites que, sobre esta obligación, establece la Superintendencia de Seguros de la Nación. El estudio concluye destacando los aspectos claves y proporcionando formularios de reclamo para facilitar su aplicación práctica.
