Sumario:The purpose of this article is to analyze the interpretative and practical difficulties involved in the application of the exceptions enshrined in our Civil and Commercial Code to the criminal pre-judicial regime. Likewise, the limitations presented by the appeal for review established by our regulations to overcome said deficiencies will be considered.
