| Sumario: | This article aims to identify, from what we could call a possible axiomatic of Derridean deconstruction, some aspects of the relationships between these orders: force, law and justice. The cultural archive on which we will work is the debate on violence and politics triggered by the publication of Héctor Jouvé's testimony in the Córdoba magazine La Intemperie (2004). In this publication, Jouvé recreates his experience as a member of the Ejercito Guerrillero del Pueblo (EGP), a guerrilla focus installed in northern Argentina (province of Salta) in the mid-sixties (1963-1964) under the command of Jorge Masetti. |
