Sumario:Throughout Argentinian history, the National Government implemented several political measures to tackle the issue of native's territorial property. One of this measures was the legislation number 26.160, passed on 2006. This legislation declared a state of emergency regarding Argentinian natives' territorial property and suspended evictions. This paper analyzes the journalistic treatment performed by the digital media Clarín, Página 12, La Izquierda Diario and Perfil regarding the legislation in 2021. This analysis is based on the constructivist approach, in which reality is the result of a social construct. Taking this into consideration, media enterprises construct the journalistic discourse that influences people’s lives. Interviews were conducted to different professionals and experts to grasp a better understanding of the topic. The content analysis technique was also applied to characterize different publications of these media regarding these particular topics. Furthermore, it is important to mention that this study is supported by a bibliographic corpus consisting of Berger y Luckmann (1994), Alsina (1987) and Martini (2000).
