The model presented in this article is proposed as a useful tool to modify the cognitions that alter the psychoneuroimmunoendocrinological balance of the subject. Develar la forma en que se construye la arquitectura cerebral que da sostén a cómo son percibidos, analizados y almacenados los estímulos que nos llegan del medio interno y externo del ser humano, y que da como resultado, todo el abanico de sensaciones, pensamientos y conductas con el que el sujeto actúa en el mundo, ha sido uno de los grandes desafíos de la ciencia cognitiva. El modelo que se presenta en este artículo, se propone como una herramienta útil para modificar las cogniciones que alteran el equilibrio psiconeuroinmunoendocrinológico del sujeto. Desvendar a forma como a arquitetura cerebral é construída que suporta como os estímulos que chegam até nós a partir do ambiente interno e externo do ser humano são percebidos, analisados e armazenados, e isso dá, como resultado, toda a gama de sensações, pensamentos e comportamentos com os quais o sujeito age no mundo, tem sido um dos grandes desafios da ciência cognitiva. O modelo apresentado neste artigo é proposto como uma ferramenta útil para modificar as cognições que alteram o equilíbrio psiconeuroimmunoendocrinológico do sujeito.
