| Sumario: | In this work we have wanted to approach the enormous documentation that is found in the municipal archives of Cordoba regarding the implementation of the autarchic policy by the new Francoist authorities after the end of the Spanish Civil War. To do this, we have consulted the archives of Aguilar and Montilla where we have found a remarkable amount of information that allows us to better understand the mechanisms put in place by the authorities of the "New State" to establish absolute control over the market, in aspects such as production, distribution, prices, etc. The documents handled, which almost always had to be completed by the citizens, allow us to know what the day-to-day life of the autarchy was like in the municipalities. |
