Sumario:This article will try to consider about the use and the production conditions of historical source –in this case the labor trials from the Labor Court N°1 of La Plata for the period between 1948 and 1960-. It will also reflect about the challenges that impose in order to set up worker´s history. From social history this sources were considered as enlightening of aspects that were invisibles in other sources. It also generate expectations about the possibility to access into subaltern´s history through the data that contains such as material conditions, ideas, etc. It will set up the methodological challenges that implies historicizing about a collective actor with a individualistic source. At last, it will address the problem about who´s voice it’s that the source introduce.
