Here we will enquireabout her participation among peronism during the 1980’s and the relationships she held with other womenoutside peronism. Concurrently, we will reflect on the political participation of peronist women in general.A question runs throughout the analysis: How women questioned gender inequality within peronism in acontext of feminist and women movement advancement. We will explore the constructed discourse and theintestine disputes generated from that questioning. Este artículo presenta el análisis de una selección de documentos del archivo personal de Clementina “Beba” Gil, disponible en el Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Históricas Eva Perón. Beba Gil fue una de las mujeres que participaron de la creación del Partido Peronista Femenino en la década de 1940 y que desarrolló una intensa actividad política en Chile, en las campañas de Carlos Ibáñez y Salvador Allende. Aquí se indaga su participación en el peronismo durante la década de 1980 y las relaciones que mantuvo con otras mujeres por fuera del peronismo. Al mismo tiempo, se ofrecen reflexiones sobre la participación de las mujeres peronistas en general. Un interrogante recorre el análisis: cómo las mujeres cuestionaron las desigualdades de género en el peronismo en un contexto de avance del feminismo y del movimiento de mujeres.
