| Sumario: | This work corresponds to the final internship of the Psychology Teacher's degree carried out in 2022 within the framework of the Museum of Psychology of the National University of Córdoba (MUPSY). The objective of this study was to make an approach to the field of teaching practice based on the construction of a pedagogical strategy on Instagram (@lavidadepolly) that promotes a teaching process based on the promotion and prevention of mental health in young people between 17 and 17 years old. 25 years. The methodology used was a bibliographic search and semi-structured interviews with young people who were finishing high school or in the first years of a university degree. Finally, a personal brand was built that allowed an approach to the characteristics of the cultural consumption of the population addressed and the possible teaching modalities through social networks. |
