Likewise, it is proposed to describe the adaptation and mitigation measures to climate change in Argentina. In political and institutional matters, the use of concepts and definitions that will subsequently allow the understanding of the term in the context of our country is highlighted, identifying the main features that characterize it in the execution of climate policy. El presente artículo tiene por objeto realizar una primera aproximación al concepto de cambio climático, la evolución, alcance y significado del término en su uso político, jurídico e institucional en el ámbito nacional. De igual modo, se propone describir las medidas de adaptación y mitigación al cambio climático en Argentina. En materia política e institucional, se releva el uso de los conceptos, definiciones que permitirán posteriormente la comprensión del término en el contexto de nuestro país, identificando los principales rasgos que lo caracterizan en la ejecución de la política climática.
