| Sumario: | The purpose of this article is to make a first approximation to the concept of climate change, the evolution, scope and meaning of the term in its political, legal and institutional use at the national level. Likewise, it is proposed to describe the adaptation and mitigation measures to climate change in Argentina. In political and institutional matters, the use of concepts and definitions that will subsequently allow the understanding of the term in the context of our country is highlighted, identifying the main features that characterize it in the execution of climate policy. |
