Sumario:This paper presents, in a short way, the theoretical-methodological exploration in a project about conceptions of legal social action, underlying the decisions of the High Court of Justice, in public-private litigation, in which the right to private property is controversial. Specifically, it describes from a qualitative sociological perspective the process of construction of “categories of judicial decisions” in order to understand the meaning or motive that guides those decisions, from a relational perspective that includes the individual action of the Court and its context of cultural meaning.
