We believe important to address motherhood and fatherhood from a patriarchal bias, it´s normative antecedents and the variations through which they´ve gone through the ages until today. Also, regulatory gaps are examined in the face of the desire to breed that non-binary people have. For this reason, the heteronamity of the law is observed, specifically in the Labor Contract Law. Desde hace muchos años la conciliación entre la vida familiar y laboral para las mujeres fue difícil debido a la gran presencia patriarcal en la sociedad. Creemos importante abordar las maternidades y paternidades desde el sesgo patriarcal, sus antecedentes normativos y las variaciones por las que pasaron a lo largo de las épocas hasta la actualidad. Asimismo, se examinan las lagunas normativas frente al deseo de criar que tienen las personas no binarias. Por ello, se observa la heteronamitivdad de la ley, específicamente en la Ley de Contrato de Trabajo.
