Sumario:Since many years reconciling work and family life for the women have been very difficult due to the great patriarchal in the society. We believe important to address motherhood and fatherhood from a patriarchal bias, it´s normative antecedents and the variations through which they´ve gone through the ages until today. Also, regulatory gaps are examined in the face of the desire to breed that non-binary people have. For this reason, the heteronamity of the law is observed, specifically in the Labor Contract Law.
