The Civil and Commercial Code and the limited reform to the Societies General Act introduced an important change, which still opens possibilities to continue to elaborate on interpretations leading to enhancing the autonomy of the will, limited only by not generating damage to third parties or the environment. La actividad de los emprendedores, tan importante para nuestro país, exige una plasticidad en las relaciones de organización personificadas y no personificadas. El Código Civil y Comercial y la reforma limitada a la Ley General de Sociedades introdujo un cambio importante, que aún abre posibilidades a seguir profundizando en interpretaciones conducentes a potenciar la autonomía de la voluntad, limitada sólo por no generar daños a terceros o al medio.
