Sumario:The activity of entrepreneurs, so important for our country, requires flexibility in personified and non-personified organizational relationships. The Civil and Commercial Code and the limited reform to the Societies General Act introduced an important change, which still opens possibilities to continue to elaborate on interpretations leading to enhancing the autonomy of the will, limited only by not generating damage to third parties or the environment.
