First, the analysis is about the procedural facts, the procedural activity, and the e-procedural activity. Second, the analysis focus on the e-procedural activity, its structure and classification, and the connection of the information and communications technology (ICT) with the procedural warrants and principles based on the Constitution, treaties of human rights and legal regulation. Finally, presents the conclusions. En el presente artículo se abordan los actos procesales electrónicos en el fuero civil y comercial del Poder Judicial de la Nación y de la Provincia de Córdoba En primer lugar, se analizan los hechos procesales, los actos procesales y los actos procesales electrónicos.; en segundo lugar, se hace foco en los actos procesales electrónicos analizando su estructura, clasificaciones y en clave con las garantías judiciales, los principios procesales y las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC) su fundamentación constitucional, convencional, normativa y reglamentaria; por último, se presentan las conclusiones finales.
