Sumario:As a consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic, the imposed and extended quarantine drove the technological race that came to replace the presence, direct human communication, by virtuality whose protocols were generated and continue to be managed by administrative offices in charge of standardizing the legal-judicial processes. These intermediary substitutes produced impacts on self-composition, especially in the mediation and negotiation processes, whose variables and inefficient effects on the very principles of these methods are worth noting.
