Sumario:This article addresses manifestations of the arts and technologies in Latin American cultural mediation, based on the analysis of a set of practices carried out in the region, from the dialogue between them, and from the own experience in Argentina. The focus is particularly on the field of relational, collective and community arts, on arts education and on free and open technologies. In the collection of experiences presented, the arts and technologies act as mediation devices, in spaces of formal and non-formal education, in territorial artistic projects, in projects of independent artists groups and activists, in cultural institutions and in government programs linked to public policies.
