Sumario:Archaeological studies related to the Inka occupation in the northern region of the Desaguadero basin (La Paz, Bolivia) have been few, but they managed to establish the degree of impact generated by the arrival of the Inka in some sites. However, the relationship between the different sites has not been studied in depth, a fundamental aspect to understand the spatial reorganization established by the Inka. In this paper, we propose to see this relationship between the Iruhito and Jesús de Machaca in respect to the manufacture of ceramic vessels, and to determine if the ceramic production that took place was local or regional. Likewise, the methodological process is described from the obtaining of the samples until its correlation with the geological data of the region.
