Sumario:  Systematic archaeological research conducted during the last thirty years in the Ventania System (province of Buenos Aires, Argentina), allowed to detect 32 caves and eaves with cave representations. These paintings are being altered both by natural and cultural factors, mainly by the action of visitors. Through the implementation of educational campaigns framed in rock art preservation programs, the main work consists on unifying actions between institutions of different hierarchical levels. The dissemination of prevention on archaeological sites, identification of cultural factors involved in the deterioration of these sites, and the elaboration of a proposal for a cultural resources management plan, were established as priorities, generating integration strategies between culture, education and tourism, from the patrimonial revalorization. Implemented activities include briefings, the preparation of brochures intended to report on diversity and archaeological variability of the region and the need to preserve and care for cultural heritage, and the dictation of training courses for teachers, as well as touristic guides and Park Rangers; conduction of plenary workshops in order to establish fair criteria in education and conservation, through consensus policies among different actors in the districts of Tornquist and Saavedra.
