Sumario:Abstract:We present a spectroscopic analysis of 13 (V < 11) stars in the open cluster NGC 2527. We carried out a study of radial velocity variability and kinematic membership of the observed stars. One of members is a blue straggler, for which we discuss possible formation scenarios. Furthermore, using the SPM4 catalog we perform a star count in order to determine the Initial Mass Function and to estimate the stellar mass loss in the cluster.
