From these healthy plants was initiated the virus free plants production program. The addition of 1-naphtalenacetic acid ( NAA) and kinetin, hoht in concentration of 1 ppm to the Murashige -Skoog agar medium increased the porcentaje of plants obtained with cv. Colorada. Most of meristematic tips deve'oped into complets plants in 60 -90 days.
