Sumario:The legal requirements for appropriate labor registration are analyzed, taking into account the different laws that set those requirements, and pointing out the protective tendency of the labour contract arising from said laws. The legal consequences in case of lack or inadequacy of labor registration are also analyzed by determining the different options workers have in the various situations that can be presented. Reference is made to jurisprudence in relation to the different situations that are considered.
