The institutional demand is oriented to address situations of bullying among peers in their students. The experience seeks to: deepen the university/community relationship by strengthening communication channels to meet the demand; promote a reflective exercise with adolescents in order to achieve an adequate resolution of the conflicts they face on a daily basis; emphasize how they build their identity, the link with the adult and how they manage coexistence among them. We postulate that the university, from its extensionist role, can influence school practices by promoting interaction among the different actors and the construction of a social bond.    Este trabajo elaborado por un equipo de investigación - extensión de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, surge a partir de una intervención llevada a cabo en una escuela pública de nivel secundario, ubicada en la periferia de la ciudad de Córdoba (Argentina). La demanda institucional se orienta al abordaje de las situaciones de acoso entre pares en sus estudiantes. La experiencia busca: profundizar la relación universidad/comunidad fortaleciendo los canales de comunicación para atender a la demanda; potencia un ejercicio reflexivo con los y las adolescentes a fin de lograr una adecuada resolución de los conflictos que enfrentan en la cotidianeidad; poner el acento en cómo construyen su identidad, el vínculo con el adulto y en cómo gestionan la convivencia entre ellos. Postulamos que la universidad, desde su rol extensionista, puede incidir en las prácticas escolares promoviendo la interacción entre los diferentes actores/as y la construcción de un lazo social.  Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades.
