Sumario:The BALP is a community organization created to meet the food needs of the low-income population. This is a civil society of a social nature which aims at analysing the possibilities of meeting these explicit needs through feasible actions. It is in this sense that in the framework of the extension project Aprendemos Haciendo Alimentos de Calidad, carried out during 2020-2021, it was proposed that we worked to solve these problems. The proposal involved collaborative work among the members of an interdisciplinary team that would respond to different situations, which allows the consideration and value of the participants’ knowledge and thus move forward towards the achievement of the goals set.
